Claim Your Club
How to claim
To claim a club, email us from your club email address. This verifies that you represent the club. Include your club name and, if possible, a link to your club page on our site. We’ll verify your ownership and grant you access to the club owner dashboard, where you can update your profile, view insights, and use our tools.
Submit new club
If your club is not in our database, you can submit it. Paste in the URL of your club’s website (or another source we can use to create a profile). We’ll create a profile and, once you claim it, you can fill in the details. Submitting helps us grow our coverage.
Verification levels
We have three verification levels. Each requires different levels of data but gives you more prominent positioning within the app. See our Verification Standards page for full details.

| Unverified | Basic listing with minimal styling. No special privileges. Lowest priority in search and nofollow links. Default for unclaimed or minimally updated clubs. |
| Verified | Basic data confirmed by the club owner. Subtle enhancements: icons, colour accents, verified tag. Still nofollow on external links. Requires claiming and completing core fields. |
| Gold Standard | Complete data capture required: timetable, pricing, images, description, etc. Premium treatment: images, overlays, more real estate, follow links. Highest visibility. The standard we want all clubs to aim for. |
Remove club
If you want your club removed from our database, you can send an email from your club email requesting removal, or do it from your club panel (if that option is available). We’ll process the request and remove or de-list the club as appropriate. We respect club owners’ wishes to control their presence.
